However, there is an extreme dearth of places which can accommodate music groups who generate loud, albeit harmonious, sounds on a regular basis and for long periods of time. This is when you desperately need a rehearsal studio.

It is not enough to have accommodating neighbors, as many band musicians have found out to their disadvantage.
